Vanishing logs

I have just spent all morning cutting trees and transferring them to the train in farming sim 17 xbox one. I loaded up the train and secured my load to reverse it down the track to unload at the mill. Upon arriving I un hooked the load and proceeded to enter the crane to empty the log container in the train. Only to find all my logs have vanished dissapered I must have lost £200.000 worth of money. Really gutted after spending all that work in cutting transferring ect ect. To get butt kiss out of it all.
Anybody else have this bug
Is there any way my balance could be reimbursed in game.
