pallet sawmill waste

I came across a few maps where I can not remove the waste woodchips from the sawmill. When it is full, the sawmill shuts down.
The dumping area has no black and yellow markers. I tried tippers and front end loaders. I tried pulling the rope level on wall next to output duct. No go... what is the solution???

Use a loader to pick it up.
The sawmill makes a standard game heap, as far as I know.

There is no heap to pick up. The digital readout reads 50000. No go...

The "Canadian Village" maps, and the "Robillard Flats" map are using the same sawmill to produce pallets. Same results. The digital readout reads 50000 and the sawmill shuts down...

No point in running these maps if I can not remove the waste.
