Hud is gone

i created a new savegame and after i did that i accidently pressed some buttons then the hud disapears and i cant activate it again with F1

please help

If you are not close to or in a vehicle, the 'help' window hides itself automatically.
Have you tried getting it back while inside a tractor? =)
