Mouse stutter/skipping when looking around

Hi. I need help with stuttering/skipping in Farming simulator 17 because whenever i look around with my mouse it stutters and sometime skips. It only happens when im driving in first person (interior) and if im out. Its not happening when driving a vehicle in third person at least i didnt saw it and when im moving camera with arrows on my keyboard. I dont have this problem in other games for example PUBG,Battlefield 4,Squad,GTA5 its only in Farming simulator 17. The game is stable at 60FPS and when i had MSI afterburner with Graph of stutter it didnt show any stuttering when i was moving my mouse but the camera was still stuttering. I tried another USB port and mouse but its still the same. Can someone help me with it? i can also make a video of the problem if someones need.

Solved. Steam overlay was causing the issue.
