Can I get farming simulator for free on Xbox because I allready bought it

Since giants support wont respond can someone tell me if it would be possible to get farming simulator 17 for free on the Xbox one considering that I have allready bought it for my pc. (By the way the reason why I would like a copy for the Xbox is because my computer broke a while ago and I want to play fs really bad.)

It's not a play anywhere title so you need to buy the console version aswell
