Customising Acceleration and Deceleration Controls on Gamepad

I have just purchased FS 17 for Windows PC. I have found the customise controls section but I can't find any option to customise controls for Accelerate and Decelerate of vehicles in the options. I have a disability to Left stick up and Left Stick down. If I cannot change these options I will have to ask Steam for a refund as I will be unable to play the game.

If these options cannot be changed it's a shame because its stopping me playing the game and it looks fun to play.

Can anybody help please?
