Go to ucp.php?i=165 and make sure users can send me private messages says yes and also go to ucp.php?i=ucp_zebra&mode=foes and make sure patton isn't there. After that I have no clue how he can't reply.

I suspect the error is on his side though because I had no problem sending you a message
