Lisertan wrote: Thu Jan 11, 2018 10:16 am I just checked the video and the guy got some things right, some tings not.

So let's talk about what we know from the Focus press release (that's where he got the infos from)

Jep, there will be FS19
The graphics will be improved
We will have new things in the game.
He speculates that we will show FS19 at FarmCon18 .. no ****, Sherlock :D

What's in the video but NOT in the press release:

ROPA and CLAAS .. I get where he took ROPA from, they had a preview of content for our game at Agritechnica, however I have no idea where he takes Claas from. This rumour has been around for as long as I work here. In this video he mentiones the CLAAS PR department as a source. I don't think that's true :D

Hope this helps a bit.
So upgrading my graphics card etc will be in order then?
the big print giveth the small print taketh

Focus (our Publisher) gave an overview over their plans for 2018 and they mentioned FS19 as one of the upcoming games. Just to be clear: This is 100% legit. They are our publisher after all :)

However, we have yet to announce more details or any features and it will take some time till we will do that, so nothing is set in stone. :)
Can you confirm or deny that Farming Simulator 19 will have a taco stand and/or restaurant? Thanks.

Can you tell if FS 19 will be capped at 60 fps like FS 17 is? (My animals are getting tired of "Moo-n" walking at 120 fps  )

OMG! I can't wait to see something related to FS19. I personally understand keeping things on the down low, good strategy. O can only imagine it will be great!

Basically what I understood from the release was what Lis mentioned...

Improved graphics
New features

I also saw that one of the new features will be "major" & "long expected by fans of agriculture"

Obviously, no one who actually knows anything can comment more than Lis already has. My personal opinion is that it would be either Deere or Claas. I'd like to see both...and all brands but my top preference is with Deere.

The green and yellow color scheme for the FarmCon18 ad certainly has my optimism high but I'm not going to get my hopes too high until an announcement is made.

Based on previous releases, are we expecting an Oct '18 release date for FS 19? If so, when does the official info start trickling in?

More than likely yeah it'll be released in October of '18. It's normally a few months before that when we're getting info
