Starting to get excited!

Post by PrincessJessi84 »

i tend to not tease myself with stuff i cannot have.. as a console player i have stayed off the mod sites because i know almost all of that stuff will never make its way to us.. but with the prospect of having my pc by the end of this month i decided to go have a look see.. i already knew there were some insane mods out there but for me its the little things.. i dont typically use any workers so i must make good use of my time and there r so many little things that will make life great.. a water tanker that holds over 40,000L.. a 24 row direct drill seeder.. a 9 meter beet harvester.. even a lizard pickup that has seeds so u can easily deliver seeds directly to your implements in the field (no more fumbling with pallets lol).. sooooo many more handy things.. heck there r even silos and sheds that hold wood chips and root crops and even tmr.. im really looking to starting my adventure as a pc player.. im not sure if i should dare look at the map selection.. im not sure my heart could take it lol

one mod i'd recommend getting would be course play. it makes managing medium to large farms ALOT easier.

i probably wouldnt play this game if i didnt have courseplay since I play by myself. the ability to do what courseplay allows you to do is simply amazing. opens this game up so you can actually do other things besides transport grain all day. they have made the base game a lot better vs previous versions but courseplay is THE BEST mod

Congrats on the new PC *thumbsup*

The only mod i miss is Inspector :biggrin2:

Just remember to have like 5 mod folder back ups and save back ups, only add one mod to your game at a time, because on PC, it only takes one mod conflict to ruin hours of hard work

is the inspect mod one that helps arrange your mods to avoid conflicts? when i played FO4 on xbox we had conflicts.. im guessing that fs17 has something built in that prevents conflicts on consoles cause ive never even seen it mentioned on here? many a ruined game save on FO4 for people but i seemed to have good luck with my order

so i just answered my question about inspect by following the link lol.. handy mod none the less.. i know FO4 on pc had a "mod" that would adjust load order for mods to avoid conflicts.. is there anything like that for this game? that would be a huge time saver im sure
