Steam DLC releases traditionally unlock at the usual Steam time. It's almost always better to buy DLC directly from GIANTS, though as far as I recall, this is the first time they actually did a midnight DLC release. DLC used to be released around 1pm Central European Time.

Well I figured I would end up getting this DLC, and probably the next one and the next one...
So I went ahead and bought the Season Pass for $34.99...
