How to motovate noobs

Post by redglasses »

I have two people that just got the game, and they have never had a farming simulator (I don't think) and they know little to nothing about farming, if anyone has tips on training people in this game, please help me :biggrin2:

Have them run through every tutorial in the game, and read every page of the help section. Twice. Maybe have them read all the stickies on here ... and all the other posts, too. I picked up a lot from watching youtube videos, as well.

One thing is for sure.
If anybody knows that you know something then they will just keep coming.
So, first things first. Don't tell anything that might make them think you know the game

Just let them be. Like children. Let them learn by themselves.
Otherwise, your are gonna have a lot to do.

I knew nothing about farming or this game when I started.

I have completed all the tutorials and signed up to the forum.

Tutorials already give the basics and implement using can only be learned through experience or from this forum I guess.

I started watchig youtube videos long after I got the grabs of the game.

I just played every tutorial that the game came with, in both 15 and 17. Then as I get mods or need to learn how to do something I look on the forums or on youtube

Google is their friend. Or yours, if this is a hypothetical post.
