I've defeated the limit

Yup, somehow, I've defeated the phenomenon limit of %99.

I've done it with a Universal Light-Weight Bucket by t0xic0m.

I've no idea how that happened but I managed to scoop up 11500 ltrs (%100) of straw from the ground.

And here is a zoom in view

This sometimes works, but only with straw. You'll never get more than 11 492 of silage and I think 11 498 of grass. ;-)

No. You can't. And I've not get that with straw too. Until now at least.

But, that 2 more ltrs of straw... was worthed at least 2M ltrs of silage at great demand

Once in a blue moon, you'll get a full load, but other than that its 99%.

It's because of a coding issue. If they let it fill to 100% the grain or straw or whatever would fall out due to the tip anywhere function

My straw didn't spill and I didn't treat it kindly to honest
Is what you said an educated guess or an actual information?
I'm asking just out of curiosity cause I really wonder the real reason.

The reasons the shovels do not fill to 100% is because the tip anywhere resolutions is 15 liters per pixel. I.e. There either is 0 straw on the ground at one location or there is 15l of straw. Or more of course (30, 45, 60 etc)

11500l / 15l is 766.something. So only 766 x 15l (11'490l) can be picked up because its not possible to leave less than 15l behind. I.e. if you'd want to pickup the 10 liters the shovel can carry the remaining 5 would have nowhere to go. How you managed to fill it completely I have no idea :D might have been like 10 l already in the shovel from before.

Cheers

Edit: Ps. i think its 15, could be another number, but anyway its fixed per pixel at some value

Now that makes sense. There might have been something left in the bucket. I really don't remember.

Thank you for the info M.A.R.C. *thumbsup* :hi:

Another mystery (for us) solved...

So that's why my silage push blade sometimes holds 15 liters or so. It cannot drop it cause it's not enough to drop.

Great answering!
