Thanks mate, but I'm in Turkey so I don't think I can buy from the same place.
The thing is, if I'm going to spend on a pc as my existing one is 7 years old, I want to make it a combo. A good FS gaming machine + a normal pc for daily use. Which means I will either go for at least a GTX 1070 setup or an average pc + ps5 which will definetely be cheaper. I just can't make up my mind

yeah this pc will be doing home and office stuff too. Its not just about playing this game, yes there will be plenty of gaming on it but also home and business. Now which windows to choose could be a whole topic itself!
And thank you all for the input its been helpful.

You're good Kieran, that will play FS17 maxed out, I guarantee it.
The RAM I might be a little concerned about in the future, but for now, you're in good shape man. You can always upgrade the RAM to 16GB in the future if you want, it's very easy, just search YouTube how to do it, pretty simple. I might upgrade to 16GB RAM here in the future as well.
