Moder wanted for simple job please, paving/ concrete, tarmac mod for console??

Hi guys, I've been wanting a way to make roads, concrete pads for buildings/ sheds e.c.t...
I have seen this mod for PC, it comes as a modified roller that can create different surfaces and would like to know if any moders can make this possible.
alternatively a more simple option would be things like a 'concrete pad' or tarmac and other surfaces that can be placed on/ flat with the ground, this would give people the opportunity to make there farm or map unique and suited to there needs or desires,
making it I believe would be hugely popular with players and the wider community, anyone up for the task?
