AI Workers
Has anyone had workers say they are complete with their task and then park the tractor right in front of an unfinished area?

If you are on PC, you can try the AI extension or courseplay. With these tools, the helper works much better.

I know....mine go crazy if it is not a square. They also like running into trees and driving through fences and then quitting when they can't move anywhere.FordFarmer97 wrote:Yeah, my workers are pretty stupid. Espcically on CPF, where the fields aren't square

Re: AI Workers
Mainly when the fields are not a full square, this is why I try to only purchase certain fields. I'm glad to know this is being improved though.

I wish yall would add in an employee managment system. Something like: 1-5 skill levels, the longer they worked for your the higher their skill became. And more skill = more cost. And to also be able to truly hire them, where you payed a salery, and got them from x-y time. Just pay some overtime if you make them work past y...
But of course if you could just give them some more of the i in ai... i'm sure some modder would fix the rest.

Re: AI Workers
Or more angles for the workers to work in as at the moment they only work in increments of 45 degrees... 22.5 degrees would be good. Oh and check out on google earth how field 7 is planted on the real CPF, I've done something similar and it works fine with the workers after the headlands are done. I've also grassed off some areas to make other fields more worker friendly
