I am not expert, but I feel the concept behind this is very solid as we move towards cleaner, renewable fuels.

I read an article on the Hydrogen powered tractor a while back and it had a few issues. The over the shoulder view was completely taken up with the hydrogen gas tanks. It also had a slight issue in that the gas was used more quickly than the normal diesel fuel, hence the need for the extra tanks. Another point of interest is that the 'excess gas can be put back into the grid' but that would require the energy companies to allow 'reasonable cost' access to 'their' network. It's good in theory but it will take a lot more effort to actually get it into practice, especially at a meaningful scale.

Wow, I am super impressed. One thing I am a little leery about is the torque and power, "Equivalent power and torque to a diesel engine," we'll see about that, "Challenge Accepted!" In all seriousness, I would like to see some scientific tests about this: Methane powered tractor vs. diesel powered tractor.

Okay, sorry for being a dumbo here, but what is methane?

Overall, I think this is a great next step in farming, I hope GIANTS can get permission for this tractor to be in the game, would be pretty neat to have one of these! :D *thumbsup* The one thing I would not want in my tractor is the voice controlled things, idk, I talk to myself a lot but this whole voice-activated-stuff in general seems kinda dumb/weird to me. :neutralnew: Also, like Google Home/Alexia/Siri, etc.

IF it gets into farm sim, you would need a new type of fuel tank

Well, This Mathane thing is not that great in terms of long term functionality. But, what i think is that things like the CASE IH Autonomous Concept is right on the spot.

I'm aware of that, thank you. :)

I simply meant in terms of the concept itself, I was not aware that farming vehicles had progressed to the next logical step in fuel usage. Next time I'll have to choose my words a little more carefully to ensure clarity.
