So this flashed across my YouTube "recommended" feed.
I thought I would share. The amount of time this guy must have taken to make this boggles the mind. As do his results.

We are all ignorant, we are all just ignorant about different things.

Re: Lego, got any?
I used to have tons of Lego, mostly Star Wars stuff, and now I've given them to my son who mostly makes castles and knights out of them, sadly no construction/farming vehicles... Well, if you don't call "medieval peasants with scythes" farming vehicles!
Re: Lego, got any?
I've never actually used a Technic set like this https://toyboxadvisor.com/best-lego-technic-sets but I've been using Lego Mindstorms since 2010 or so. Those things are incredible. NXT Programs is a great website for cool things to do with your set, or of course you can make up something new.
I'm an instructor at a day-camp in the summer where I teach kids Lego Mindstorms. We build a bunch of different things, which usually end up in competitions between the different teams. We do many variations on battles, or sometimes we use a modified 3-button-remote program (we make it 4-button) to play soccer, or we have some endurance tests to do with gear ratios and increasing the torque enough to be able to scale upwards of 45 degree inclines. It's amazing, and the kids love it! And of course we let the kids have as much creative freedom as they want. Do they want to put claws on their soccer car, add another button, and then program the claws to toggle open and closed when this button is pressed? Go for it. Now they have a 5-button remote. Do they want to build some rotating death trap that will give their battle bot a competitive advantage? That just means that the other teams need to catch up! It's great fun!

Re: Lego, got any?
A few of my lego star wars sets, my biggest themes are star wars and lego city.
Not all my lego is built, around 1/3 of the way, when I was younger I took a lot of it apart and I am rebuilding them every weekend because I want all my Lego sets to be complete and build takes a long long time tho.
Got 127 sets
With a total of 35700 peaces.
Brick picker estimates the value on 2500 euros
The most expensive set is 180 euros (used value) and that is the motorized excavator
all are normal sets, back in the day I did not have money for UCS sets, when I am finished building all my sets up again I might consider buying a UCS set, most likely a star wars one.
