Re: Wild Animals??
I know a farmer that has forestry equipment. He runs a sawmill too.thumbwiz wrote:Yeah, why would you ever want to add hunting to a farming simulator. Oh, except they already added logging to a farming simulator.El3mentGamer wrote:+1. General wildlife that you occasionally see would be okay. Maybe some butterflies, and seeing some birds fly by every now and again.NateS wrote:The game you are talking about sounds fun... but it's a completely different game. Now, if there were just a few deer or squirrels in the woods to make the game feel more alive, I'd be all for that.
Otherwise, we don't want this to turn into Hunting Simulator.. and that would take a BUNCH of time from Giants for no rewards. They would have to model each animal and animate them, and give them custom AI.. wew.
If we do. Lets stick with deer, squirrels, birds, and butterflies. lol
I'd think that a farmer is more likely to own a hunting rifle than s/he is likely to own ponsse scorpion.

Forestry is under agriculture on wikipedia well part of it
Re: Wild Animals??
Dogs with guns riding tanks and as they drive through the fields they get fertilized
Re: Wild Animals??
Edit: ^^^Actually that sounds great^^^
No... just no... There are plenty of FARMING things that could be added. We don't need a watered down GTA with tractors.
But ducks would be okay.

FS22 is the best one yet. Fight me!
Re: Wild Animals??
I was being sarcastic with my first comment.
But, rather than adding wild animals, maybe they could improve upon the existing animals.
Like we have options for selling or animals via delivery or paid pickup, we could have the same options for milk, wool, eggs.
Chickens should reproduce, and we should have the ability to buy/sell them.
Maybe add something for horses. Feed/water, and eventually sell them as show (high quality) or rodeo (lower quality) where price is dependent on their quality, which is dependent on how we took care of them, and their age.
