^^ did exactly that but couldn't able to assign triggers R2 and L2 for throttle and brake. Didn't manage to do the others either.

I love ETS2 Always use an RJL Scania with Capt Kriechbaum's V8 mod. Got all SCS map expansions, ProMods and RusMap as well; they are a great addition

Pro mods are crazy fast with their updates. Shouldn't need to wait too long for it Guil

I'm only using it a while and the latest update for promods was out quicker than I updated the game haha. I had to try it without promods and the special cargo is cool.

I need to clear a load of junk off my pc and get back to playing ets2. Must be a good 8 months at least since I had it running last. The Mrs took over my computer because her laptop died so I've been stuck with my xbox haha. Ets is about the only game I like on the pc other than train sim

What are promods?

I'm still trying to find a good resolution + graphic settings that doesn't go below 30fps.
I've an AMD Radeon HD5450 GPU on my laptop ant it is struggling too much.
Any ideas or suggestions how I can boost it up or adjust the optimal settings for a bearable fps?
In game simple graphics settings really doesn't work so good.

ProMods is a fanmade expansion, if I can call them fans that is. These guys truly deliver! It roughly doubles the amount of cities and driveable KM's

Wow indeed! You can go as far as Eastern Europe, Iceland, Nordkapp and even Spitsbergen With RusMap there's West Russia and Belarus.

Ok. Guys. Please give a minimum config. to play ETS2 on 1080P with ultra settings.
High is also ok.

Steam says GTX760 is recommended.
But my friend says even GTX1070 is struggling.

So, which one correct?

I'm playing it on low at the moment with Intel integrated graphics. Looks stuff but it works with no slowdows that I have noticed anyway.

^^ yup. mine too. if I want constant fps over 30 I need to use the low settings too.
if I go high or medium then I need to lower the resolution which makes the end result as crappy as low settings.
what a dilemma. I'm after a gaming laptop but it seems they have serious heat issues.
so may be a good old school gaming rig is better. but I really don't want a desktop pc.
at this point I've no idea what to do.
