Doubles are only available in Scandinavia and that's part of the going east dlc I think. I'm sure there's mods available but in game doubles only appear inside Scandinavia. Add me on steam if you want, guil is my name there I think lol.

This one is probably the best. Its 24 inches and has a 75hz refresh rate, which will be a pretty noticeable difference from 60hz (in a good way) just make sure you have either DisplayPort, HDMI or VGA on your computer
