Bought FS 17 on G2A

Hi guys, I just bought FS 17 on G2A and I downloaded it from their page but when I installed the game it requested me to type in a product key, and I don't have it, or at least I don't know where to find it. Can someone help me pls??

hi, have you tried looking in your emails or on your account on g2a...i had the same problem the other week...hope this helps, or if not try contacting G2A if you cant find it

yes they sold me a key which I used on their web page and than it got me to a site where to download the game and I downloaded the game and the game itself is asking me for a product key, and I don't have it

Have you tried using the key they sold you?

If the key you got worked on https://eshop.giants-software.com/downloads.php to download the game then this is the product key you also need to enter to activate the game after installation.

The code you get from g2a you use both on their web site to download it and on the actual game itself to activate it.
