Forum - Quick Links question

When I click on the quick links option and select new posts I get all new posts including the non English posts. Is it possible (or how does everyone else display new posts) to select new posts that filter to English only posts? I wouldn't care too much except that a lot of non English posts have a subject line that makes it appear as if it is written in English? Click on it and discover that is not the case...

I'll look into it, but I don't think that's possible :/
