I think the official release date for FS17 was announced around the third week of February in 2016. The announcement that AGCO was going to be in the game came in November or October of 2015.

The exact announcement date (on Facebook) was Monday, Feb 22, 2016. If everything is the same (on a Monday) that would be the 19th or 26th of Feb this year.

Somewhere on the forum (I think the "new forum layout" thread) Lisertan mentioned something about a new game. So, I'm also waiting for the FS19 announcement some time soon.

That is a very interesting observation. I wouldn't get my hopes high either but it definitely may be an indicator.

The video you get when you boot fs17 up makes me think it's a preview of what fs19 will look like and if it does , it will be brill but I know half of it was filmed in real life .

I think Lis mentioned that Claas won't be in FS19!

I'm hoping it will come or that he is joking. I understand if it can't but now i might have to wait 2 more years.

I don't remember anything like that. Are you sure? Because claas is like a certain addition to FS19 considering tons of clues surfaced in the past year.

Yup. Saw it now. I missed it somehow.
But, if Lisertan says "he thinks" then it could be anything.
If there is something with Claas and it should be kept quite till the release then he would never give any hint.
Imho, both possibilities are wide open at this point.

I don`t think Claas will be in the FS19 base game, as they signed a contract with a german start up competitor...

A manufacturer can sign multiaple contracts, same with car racing games

In regards to what Lis said about whether Claas is in the game....his EXACT words were "maybe, maybe not". I'm going to take it as exactly that. It's a straight forward answer and the best one that can be given right now.
