Well Quickie list up to 280 pto HP tractors on their website so yes a 300hp tractor with a loader no problem.

And John Deere list a loader for the 6250r which as we know is at least 250hp.

I thought they were already at the limit on consoles and that's why you can see the draw distance circle.

If the game engine also gets an update with the new FS version, then the advanced optimizations might let the aging hardware of both regular PS4 and XBOX ONE to perform brilliantly.
Not everytime an hardware updgrade is necessary. Proper software tweaks might create miracles.
Especially considering the fact that regular PS4 managed to handle 2 versions of FS so far.
