They haven't announced it yet. I too keep looking for info but we will get first word from Giants. I have seen a lot of fs 17 and 15 trailer claiming to be the fs 19 trailer. People are excited.

Here is where that comes from:

Focus (our Publisher) gave an overview over their plans for 2018 and they mentioned FS19 as one of the upcoming games. Just to be clear: This is 100% legit. They are our publisher after all

However, we have yet to announce more details or any features and it will take some time till we will do that, so nothing is set in stone.

I just checked the video and the guy got some things right, some tings not.

So let's talk about what we know from the Focus press release (that's where he got the infos from)

Jep, there will be FS19
The graphics will be improved
We will have new things in the game.
He speculates that we will show FS19 at FarmCon18 .. no ****, Sherlock

What's in the video but NOT in the press release:

ROPA and CLAAS .. I get where he took ROPA from, they had a preview of content for our game at Agritechnica, however I have no idea where he takes Claas from. This rumour has been around for as long as I work here. In this video he mentiones the CLAAS PR department as a source. I don't think that's true

100% honest answer:

I know A LOT about FS19 and there are some things I can't wait to tell you guys. I'm right in the office, so I can see the devs working on the game. However, if I talk about things before they are ready, Martin (my boss) will kill me, or fire me, or both

As it stands now, we are still working on most of the features, so there is nothing we can share, but I can promise we will share details in the coming months

Depends on the Modder, really. From what I understand (and keep in mind, I don't know much about modding) it's not that easy. You can't just use a FS17 mod in FS19 (or a FS15 mod in 17), so modders wlll need to at least adjust things for them to work in FS19. Please don't ask me what exactly is needed, as I can't answer that and I don't think anyone can at this point, as we are working on the tech of the game as well (we want it to be better in the end, don't we?)

As for Claas: Again 100% honest answer here (and this answer goes for all brands, not only for Claas, so feel free to replace Claas with John Deere, Kubota, whatever):
We are talking to pretty much everyone pretty much all the time. We want as many brands as possible to be in the game and we know that a lot of people would be happy if "their brand" made it into the game, be it Claas or something else. Therefore, there is ALWAYS hope for pretty much any brand in the game and we will do our best to deliver.

So will Claas be in FS19? At this point the correct answer would be: May be, may be not. Time will tell.

I'm gonna help you with the mod conversion thing Lis. For the most part, it's a matter of changing a few lines of code and maybe adding some things the new version of the game added. For example, from 15 to 17, I believe some wheel attributes were added and some of the specializations were renamed or completely removed. So if it was a popular mod, I'm sure some people are gonna convert them. But I wouldn't expect all of them
