I have a recipe for pancakes:

110g of flour (plain flour )
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs or 1 egg or no eggs ( up to you )
80ml of water
200ml of milk

Mix all of that together until there is no bits in there , just liquid. I turn the pan on up to around 6 but yours may be different , i mostly put olive oil in the pan but on several occasions i put butter in . Pour the mix into the pan evenly ( Pour how much you want , it will vary thickness ) and let it cook. Once its done , grab a spatchula and put the pancake onto a plate - IF you drop the pancake on the floor maybe you deserve a whack on the head with the spatchula , you possibly could put the plate next to the pan -
Use any spreading you want , i use raspberry jam and a bit of sugar . Or you can put some fruits in it. I made pancakes on pancake day with this mix and it was delicious. If you want two portions just double the amount of flour , milk , water , salt , eggs (or 3 , 2 , 1 eggs) .
