Who enjoys cooking

I love it. And thought I'd share a favourite with u..

You'll need. Bacon cubed.
Some diced chicken.
3 peppers sliced thin.
And 3 leeks.

Fry the bacon.in the pan. Add the peppers.
Then the chicken.
Then at the end add the leeks.

Fry it all until it yummy. Splash of woster salt pepper.

Abit of chicken stock and reduce. Its dang yummy.

I have mine with chips. Or u could add noodles.

I love a bit of Scottish venison shot by a friend very locally sourced! Wack that on the George Forman decent crack of salt and pepper! Some homemade chips! And whatever ever you fancy rack of rips little steak!

Is that even a thing? I know chicken sausages but never heard ot Turkey ones.
Should be good though
On the topic, I like cooking too but not as much as I like eating
So, I left the cooking to my wife while I took the responsibility of eating

Oh you don't know what you're missing. The turkey sausages I get are to die for lol. I love smoked and unsmoked turkey rashers too. Makes a delicious sambo.

I don't mind cooking my wife is in graduate school and works of a day as well, I work of a day, or sometimes I'm on nightshift, we farm and have an almost three year old boy. So I do most of the cooking right now not much I can't do except for dishes

Guil, it seems you are making a serious use of Turkey out there Tbh, I prefer chicken over turkey but I didn't get to know the sausages and rashers. That might change my mind.

Really enjoy cooking. Main passion is outdoors cookin', be it steaks on the Weber kettle, or an all day smoke with briskets and pork butts. Wife and I recently started baking bread. Makes the house smell soooooo good!

I'm learning the cook side of the kitchen I work in. A lot of stuff is prepped elsewhere though, the joys of working for a national cheap company. Prefer working a fresh produce kitchen, a lot more skill involved, looking at going to college in summer to do that and get a decent job
