Cooking wine. Double cream, literally enough to cover the bottom of the pan in equal measures, approx 60ml of each or there abouts. Penne pasta, chicken strips, white onion, mixed pepper, cahun seasoning, let the sauce reduce and smash it on a plate....... Right I need food

Is that even a thing? :biggrin2:
Well, if they're anything like turkey bacon, NO THANKS!

I have a recipe to share.

Approx. two pounds boneless/skinless chicken breast (shredded)
two cans of Rotel
15 oz shredded cheese
10 oz Nacho tortilla chips (crushed)
1 "family size" can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350*

Cook chicken until done (my preferred method for this is boiling), then using two forks, shred the chicken
Combine the shredded chicken with all ingredients and stir well. If the mixture seems too thick for your liking, you could add another small can of condensed soup or some water from cooking the chicken, if you boiled it. But don't add too much! Save some of the crushed chips to put on top.
Put the mixture into a four quart baking dish (three quart dish should work but a four quart will make life easier) and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying. Don't want to burn your tongue! :zunge:
