I like the big ass American cars but I think they are very thirsty. We're thinking of maybe getting a a6 2.0 quattro for around 27000 quid , pound.

I would say diesel because they have the most torque therefore being able to pull super heavy loads.

Thanks, it’s a Diesel. It’s kinda hard to tell since took off all the badges, molding, and stickers. It has the usual mods here in America. Tune, intake, and turbo back exhaust. It’s surprisingly quick for 7300lbs. I really want to build the trans and throw the fuel to it. This was the dealer photo when I bought it about 5 years ago.

Saab 9-3 sport 1.9 TDI with the Z19DTH engine which I rebuilt myself so mileage doesn't count but it's nearly 200000.

Thanks for replying , I forgot to say that the a6 has the quattro system and the Nissan has a snow mode and you can control the amount of horsepower delivered to each axle. The quattro is a beast because it was really snowy in the UK and we took it out in the very slippery snow and we was going around the roundabout and I was in the back and the back lost control . Then I heard the engine rev by itself and it immediately corrected the back so quick that if I had no seatbelt on I would have been flopping about on the floor.
