The pit stops are supposed to be slower this year because NASCAR will only let 5 crew members over the wall instead of the usual 6. And NASCAR is supposed to provide the pit guns for tire changing so no more souped up high speed pit guns allowed. Used to take an average of .7 seconds to remove all five lug nuts from a wheel with the high speed guns, but now it will take a very slow 1.3 seconds to remove the lug nuts lol.

I always liked NASCAR back when it was a motorsport. Now that they've turned into a three-ring circus, I've lost all interest. Seems so have the drivers, by the list of recent retirees.

I don't see the appeal of watching cars doing 250 laps around a circle..

I say the same thing when people ask me why I don't watch the super bowl, i don't see the appeal of watching people run around on an acre of grass for four hours with a ball lol.

I've been driving from LA to Seattle the last couple of days. Listened to the Daytona 500 on the radio, it sounded awesome. I want to see the replay, or at least the interesting bits.

Yeah, I'll usually skim through the YouTube replays. I also noticed last night that Xfinity has condensed race replays, which are really convenient.
