Yeah it's connected to a little nozzle for 'dusting' the cab.

Dusting, you mean like compressor or a vacuum cleaner?

No its connected to the air system in the truck. It's this.

I wanted to ask of it blows or vacuums the dust

Just blows.

I hate those things
They just blow the dust from here to there.
They don't clean anything. They just replace the dirt

It's good though in hard to reach places. You wouldn't believe how dusty a bin lorry gets even when you leave the windows up.

Ahhh yup. I didn't take that into consideration. It should really be hard to keep it clean.

Tippers (like I drive) are the same. Dust gets everywhere. I have the same set up connected below the seat. Open both doors and blow as much out as possible!

The new truck doesn't have it and it's also only a day cab.

There's that much stuff on my bed it might as well be a day cab!

Our vrew cabs have a big bench where the bed is. Loads of room though.
