Nope. You play on Sony servers. They do the work instead of your console. Your thin console just gets the image.
It is like using PS Vita to play games on the actual PS4 via remote play.

I’ve read the article, and I’ve asked my special sources and they’ve told me it’s fake.
The knowledge of the ps5 is under wraps, meaning the people working on it have signed a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) preventing them on giving away hints.
So it’s up to you if you want to believe it, how I wouldn’t waste my time.

If it is fake, which I will dive deep into another search, then it might very well be sony's attempt of bumping up the ps4 pro sales.

Well, unless both wall street journal and cnet recently developed a habit of jumping on fake news it is really 2021.
Besides, a product (PS4 Por) should first pay off it's R&D costs before being scraped. I don't think PS4 Pro managed to do that, yet.
And not disproving such an important "fake news" would be costly for a company like Sony.
So, I'm takin my chances with a 2021 release and buy the Pro now.
