PS4 Pro Enhanced [A question for GIANTS]

I'm on the market for upgrading my regular PS4 to a PS4 Pro.

According to my research, extra performance of PS4 can be used if the game is developed as "PS4 Pro Enhanced".
That is literally a feature you can see on the box of the game.

I'm not sure if FS17 has this feature and can access to PS4 Pro's extra performance or not.
According to peoples comments it does but it also seems like it doesn't use everything that PS4 Pro can give.

What I really want to know is will FS19 be developed to have this PS4 Pro enhanced feature out of the box or not?

As soon as I switched to the Pro, I could see an immediate difference with regards to the Texture, buildings, dirt, water, crop, grain, grass, trees etc.

I’m also pretty sure that the newer game will be enhanced to the Pro Settings, as there’s due to be a PS5 preview sometime this year.

^^ One more question Arey you on a TV or on a monitor?
I'm asking because a lot of people mention the graphic quality difference on a TV screen between 1080P and 4K.
And I kinda understand that because a TV screen a lot bigger than a monitor and 4K resolution on that kind of screen real estate makes everything much sharper and nice to look at.
But a lot of people also say that the difference is almost unnoticeable if you are looking at a 28" monitor sitting 50-60cm away from your face.
And as I'm using a monitor I'm really not sure about that 4K option. I'm more interested with the performance boost on graphic settings and fps.

Now get you a 55" 4 k TV you will feel like you are in the game, you can almost smell the Pig stuff

I think I get the same effect from from a 23" monitor sitting 20" away from my face
