forum Signature?????

Yes I've searched and can't find and answer. What are requirements for these forum signatures. mine works fine everywhere else but not here. My images show up in posts but can't figure out the signature thing. only damn thing giant's felt the need to say was 400 character limit. well mine is an image. Any help???
