A search for a map

I remember FS 15 having tons of cool looking Soviet Styled maps. I really want to do a 1980s Soviet farm but cant seem to find a map that had the detail of a FS 15 map. Lets say there were maps where i could with my wheat make flour in a mill then turn the flour into bread and then sell it in a shop for money. This gave a bit more money then seling wheat straight away. I really want a map like that to use courseplay on it and just have a nice realistic Soviet farm going ( or a Russian outback farm but whatever) If anybody knows of a map that has feutures like this Please let me know
