Rare 1937 John Deere Model D Gold Leaf Tractor

Only one known! The tractors was built to commemorate the 100th anniversary of John Deere making his first plow in 1837. John Deere used the tractor as a promotional and marketing piece for one year then it went to a dealer in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. The dealer received the tractor because he sold the most John Deere tractors that year. He kept it in his show room for six months then sold it to a farmer who used it for 42 years.
