Issue when I save the career

Hi, I'm an user of farming simulator 19 for XBox One, and few weeks ago I'm facing an annoying issue.
When I save the career (X button on the controller) and afterward I leave the game (Y button on the controller), all my tractors and farming tools disapper from the screen.
Afterward the software switch to the Xbox home page instead to go into the Farming home page.

Can someone give me a suggestion in order to solve this issue.
