Is it me or for some reason do those seem to mostly be Russian?

yes theres alot of swamps in russia and there was a lot of fighting both of thoses together = Mint Tanks in Russian swamps

yeah theres only like 7 tiger 1s and 8 tiger 2

Only 7 or so exist in tact TODAY. Most of those are also not in working order. However, plenty of them were produced during the war.

it kinda sad so many were scrapped after the war....... i often wonder if theres still one more out there somewhere

Considering that the USSR coated unknown amounts of Mosin Nagant's during the war with cosmoline and preserved them for years, some of which are still being found and discovered today, it is not unlikely that there are other weapons and armaments stocked or stashed in smaller quantities around the world.

interestingly in 2015 they found a large amount of parts from a tiger 1 (they havent found the hull or turret yet) they checked the serial numbers and apparently it was the first production tiger...
