Perhaps could you have more answers in the english part.
Certainly you could have more usefull answers after posting your log.
Did you install the map AND the Seasons mod ? You don't see snow, is the weather annoucing snow (in top right of the screen) ? Sometimes snow falls just 2 or 3 hours in a day.
