Combining crops

Is it possible to combine startfields like 14 and 15? How it's done?

Use a plough. Turn on option "Allow create new fields" (or similar name). Drive it across the grass between your fields. This new area is now usable as a field.

You can also make existing fields bigger so you get more crops, i squeeze out the sides to max size, can get another 10-15% more doing this

Can you remove parts of a field after you've made it? I made field a little too big and some machines have a problem turning around ><

Yes, you can use the roller to remove field parts.
