Cross Platform?

Is this game going to ever go cross platform? I mean TRUE cross platform aka PC to console.
I just bought this game because it was advertised as cross platform which generally means pc to console, not pc to mac....

I feel scammed out of $50 bucks. The only reason I bought the game was to play with my friend who is on PS4. There seems to be no information anywhere on 'cross platform' for this game.

No cross platform. It's not up to GIANTS. It's a Sony or Microsoft issue. So no PS4 to XBox1 play or console to PC play.

There will be NO cross platform with how the closed consoles work. Never has, never will be.

Horizon 3 is the same, I play with my friend who is a pc user. I think the issue would be with the mods, scripts on pc and us console users not being able to have scripts. That's the only real issue I can see but with that being said, I have no idea how any of this sort of stuff works. Maybe someone in the know could shed some light on this?
