I get what w1der means too. It sounds cool when machinery makes noise, but with the laws these days new machinery is made in a way that they make the least sound possible. So we only get it throttling up speed, and even then it is less than what it could be in reality too

Having a greater (even if exaggerated) sound experience ... makes me drive more "carefully" (enjoying the driving experience) ...
Instead of driving like I just stole the tractor ... because of no sensation of "speed" ...
The original sound that FS17 had ... made it feel more like being "inside" the game ...
