Don't know if there's a yield different but a row planter will have the beans in rows
Re: Planting soybeans with corn planter vs. drill
Im guessing in game there is no yield difference. IRL there isnt much of a difference either to be honest most years. I will say drilled soybeans feed into the grain head better IRL than rowed soybeans do. Personally I prefer 15 inch rowed beans, over drilled, or just planting them with a 30 inch row planter.

In-game, I have noticed no yield difference and it does not plant soybeans in rows.Johndeereman4250 wrote:Is there a yield difference when planting soybeans with a row planter vs. a drill also will it plant soybeans in rows

I know IRL beans planted in rows your have to combine at a slight angle otherwise the whole stalk will get stuck on the reel and fall on the ground.
