fs 17 download portal

the download of fs 17 download portal seems to have a error it gets to 23 min 50 sec and stops iv tried downloading it 4 times with same results every time I installed a new hdd and now I cant get game back on my Pc

The servers are running fine and have plenty of resources available. There are also no other significant amount of complaints about download problems, so it's likely a problem on your side.
Have you tried using a different browser? In some cases there are some settings or browser extensions messing with the download
In case you're using a wireless connection, it could also help using a wired connection, if possible. Wired connections are usually more stable than wireless connections.
Another possibility would be downloading it on a different computer, maybe even on an entirely different internet provider connection, and using a flash drive to copy the file to your computer.
