Problem installing update

To anyone that had the issue I had, please follow the instructions of uninstalling and reinstalling the game. IT WORKS! Thanks to @DukaSoft and @JohnDeere318. I did exactly what I was directed to, contacted Giants support - problem is solved. Woot happy farming all!
