Issues with Update 1.4.2 on Mac

Good Morning,

after I update from 1.4.1 to 1.4.2 on my Mac, when I tried to connect to a server, because I have a team, the game give me this message:

"the activation key of the product is locked"

If I click OK the game send me to the Giants online Store. But I already paid for the game.

Hope someone have the solution for this problem

I'm kind of the same, mine just says 'cannot download due to an error', Just emailed giants to see what I can do to fix it.

Managed to download the Khun stuff ok, just can't use it due to only running version 1.4.0. So I'm kinda stuck right now hahaha.

We found the issue regarding the "Key blocked" message. This is a bug that happens with some hardware, activation key combinations. We'll provide a new update soon that will fix this issue.

DC88, we will also provide the new update on our download website so that you can re-download the full game in case the update download will still not work.

Gunyah1202, the Mac version on Steam did not have any issues with the key being blocked.
For everyone else, there is already an update since yesterday afternoon (1.4.3) that fixes this issue.
