I have the same problem. And now I can't seem to refill the bunker because it's still registering over 7000 silage still in the bunker.

Same problem here had some in fermented it went to fill with chaff now it won't accept it anymore.

Same problem here. 3 of my 5 bunker at bio is useless, because it says that I have around 1200 silage in each of them. But there is nothing more to pickup.

Use a conveyor it can empty it all out ( through the wall too ) that is the current workaround offered on the fs-Uk website. Bug fix probably coming soon it's not been out a week. Just think what fs15 was like.
