The thread is a few weeks old but I thought I'd add:
Xbox One
I didn't see it mentioned in the thread but the brake lights are going on and off through the stuttering.
Case 7130 with standard header (not corn), Goldcrest, field 15, did it this morning. American Outback, field 2. Strangely enough the 7130 doesn't do it on any field I've tried on on Sosknova. No other crop harvester I've personally tried does it on the same fields. I tend to go from the 7130 to the Case 9230.
Rostelmash and New Holland forage harvesters doing wood chips do it on Sosknova.

Giants, do you ever intend to fix this issue? It's two months old now.
I won't tell you how to run your business but I will tell you my feelings from a paying customer perspective. Irritation starts creeping in when you keep cranking out new stuff for me to purchase yet core elements of the game are still glitchy. That irritation makes me less likely to purchase your products in the future and to actively recommend against anyone else purchasing your products.

Schreiner already reproduced the problem, but didn't answer yet. I let you know, that we already fixed it internally.
There is no need of spaming the thread, though.
As we already fixed a lot of issues with patch 1.4, this problem wasn't found earlier, sorry for that - but this doesn't mean, that we're not working hand in hand with the community.
See other threads, were we already reproduced the errors, thanked everyone and told them to be patient. I'm sorry you have mixed feelings about our development, but we have to do a lot at the same time. We have different teams, working on different projects. For example, the mobile guys won't handle any business you mention in FS17 or programmers, who are assigned to a DLC are not able to fix issues we find. Nevertheless, the QA needs to find every possible error, before every release, so we're a good reason for you to wait, cause we want to be sure, to fix everything. Shall we update the game now, without finding other bugs, spending more time finding bugs, fixing these and release a new version (without finding a specific bug?) Or shall we just take some time, trying to reproduce every mentioned bug since the release? Sure, we want to release a bug free game, but it's a hard task, yet we will do a lot to maintain any issues.
This is marked Solved but it is not - is just because us console users are the only ones seeing it? I am on Xbox and its August 17 and it still does it. The last thread on this was back in April 17.

Solved can mean two different things. First: If a bug disappeared all the sudden, it's solved (sometimes a simple reboot can work wonders). The 2nd version would be, that we've fixed the problem on our internal servers and that it will be solved for our players in a future patch. Please keep in mind: SOLVED can mean, that you are still experiencing the issue, as long as we haven't patched the game.
