[SOLVED] AI helps missing random spots and turning in the middle of the field for no reason since Big Bud

Randomly leaving strips un sewn and will sometimes just turn in the middle of the field. I'm also using th default Amazone cultivatior and it will leave strips and turn for no reason and the same with the Fertalizer spreader.

My combine is also randomly leaving spots with no chopped straw.

So if I plow under a crop it goes really crazy. It's makes like spots of concrete....

your log is clean, but you're not playing on the standard map, we can not reproduce it without mods.

Normally missed spots when using large equipment indicate uneven landscape, because the machines will bridge the gaps. And it looks like (from your images) you're working over what used to be road, which requires very careful ploughing to not miss spots. The AI will turn around if most of the machine is outside what it considers a field, and if it doesn't think there's enough room to turn around next to it even if it should carry on forwards (it's a side effect of the collision prevention which I hope Giants will eventually fix, because it's bloody annoying).

It's just standard Goldcrest that I made a couple minor tweaks to the home farm.

I think I may have found the problem. I deleted the ground modification mod and it seems to be working fine now, but I only was able to test for. Few minutes.

That actually is default field 5 on GCV. Only thing I made edits to was the home farm. I've played over 100 hours on this map with out issue till now.

I have the same thing....missing random spots and encountering road texture where there certainly never were roads. It isnt' large equipment only because with the 4 m cultivaters and seeders it does the same thing.

I turned ground response mod off but that doesn't seem to be the cause.

And why does it say solved ? I see no given solution ??

I did however use the texture roller mod ( from the games modhub ) that uses the standard roller to "paint" different textures such as roads, but of course not in the fields that now give problems. Somehow it does seem related as i found gravel road textures in fields, just like the above poster.

Did you have it happen after removing the mod? I haven't had a chance to play at all since I discovered it may be that mod. I can tell you it for sure isn't ground response as I never had it installed.
