[SOLVED] Graphics glitch with Torum 760

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: PC
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: Rostselmash Torum 760
- Issue: Front wheels appear to not be turning correctly while at full speed.
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single - Map is the American Outback Mod Map.
- Steps to reproduce: Hop into a Torum 760 and get going full speed, while its moving turn the camera around to view the tires, from the front straight on, as well as the side, the inner portion of the tire appears to turn, however the treads appear to freeze in place once the combine reaches full speed going forward. This does not happen in reverse.

Not an issue, it's the stroboscope effect:

It happens with every vehicle at a specific speed, not only the mentioned harvester.
